ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage B2B AI software team as its founding sales development representative. You will build qualified pipeline for a voice AI solution and help shape a repeatable sales approach as the company grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate qualified pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
- Identify and engage businesses that could benefit from voice AI.
- Build and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Develop outreach strategies and establish a repeatable go-to-market process.
- Manage the pipeline and maintain CRM tools and records.
- Take on end-to-end deal closing as your performance develops.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience selling in a startup or other fast-moving environment, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets or KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience selling a product or service, with the ability to manage deals through the full sales cycle.
- Fluency in German at C2 level and English at B2 to C1 level.
- Experience with multichannel prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone, and hands-on CRM management.
- Strong business judgment, customer relationship skills, and a practical, ownership-oriented approach.
- Interest in B2B software, AI, or customer service technology is relevant.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: €75,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
