ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the growth team at an early-stage AI customer service software company as its founding Sales Development Representative. You will generate and manage pipeline for a voice AI product while helping establish a repeatable sales process, with the opportunity to progress into full-cycle deal ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate qualified pipeline and identify prospective customers with relevant needs.
- Run high-volume outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Build customer relationships and manage prospects throughout the sales pipeline.
- Maintain CRM records and use pipeline data to support consistent follow-up.
- Help shape the go-to-market approach, sales playbook, and outreach strategies.
- Progress toward owning and closing deals end to end after strong performance.
- Contribute to growing the sales team and improving its processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Direct sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets or KPIs.
- Comfort with high-volume outbound prospecting and hands-on CRM pipeline management.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to understand different companies' needs.
- Fluent German at C2 or near-native level, plus professional English proficiency at B2 to C1.
- A collaborative, communicative, hands-on approach and willingness to take on varied work.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin five days per week.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: €75,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week.
