ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the sales team at a seed-stage AI communications software company. You will own the German-speaking top of the funnel, turning inbound interest into qualified demos while helping improve the team's outreach approach and sales development processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage German-speaking prospects from first contact through qualified demo handoff to Account Executives.
- Qualify inbound leads and prioritize timely follow-up.
- Reach prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Build, test, measure, and refine outreach sequences and sales hypotheses.
- Improve SDR workflows and processes in collaboration with marketing and sales.
- Support customer onboarding during the handover process.
- Work toward progression into an Account Executive role through strong performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in outbound sales or telesales; promising junior candidates may also be considered.
- Native-level German and confident phone presence, along with strong spoken and written professional English.
- Experience with multichannel outreach and designing, testing, and improving sequences.
- B2B SaaS sales experience is beneficial.
- A competitive, results-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Curiosity about experimenting, learning from results, and improving sales processes.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Vienna, Austria.
