ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an industrial AI team helping manufacturers identify production opportunities and turn them into scalable software deployments. You will own enterprise sales and account growth, working with senior customer stakeholders from initial discussions through long-term partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the full sales cycle, from first meetings through contract close, and expand relationships within existing global accounts.
- Identify shop-floor process optimization opportunities and translate them into practical AI solutions.
- Build and present business cases to management and C-level stakeholders.
- Develop rollout strategies that scale successful pilots into enterprise-wide deployments.
- Navigate complex relationships across large international manufacturing organizations.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to advance deals and deliver outcomes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to seven years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, enterprise software sales, business development, or consulting.
- Solid understanding of AI, software, and production processes.
- Experience closing enterprise deals with large manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop business cases and rollout plans.
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder groups.
- Business-fluent German and English.

On-site in Munich, Germany. Candidates should be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
