ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage hospitality technology team expanding across Europe. You will manage guest operations and help turn real-world cases into clear, scalable processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support guests throughout their journey, from booking inquiries through check-out, using AI support while taking ownership of decisions.
- Coordinate tasks and priorities across remote teams, customers, and external service providers.
- Identify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Build and improve operational processes based on guest cases and day-to-day experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Native German speaker with English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- A completed university degree in business administration, communications, economics, or a comparable field.
- Experience in guest operations, customer service, or hospitality operations, including handling inquiries, bookings, check-ins, or check-outs.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing operational priorities under time pressure.
- A structured, analytical approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Background in hospitality operations, short-term rentals, or property operations is relevant. The role suits candidates with approximately 1 to 10 or more years of experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: €40,000 to €45,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany.
