ABOUT THE ROLE

Build the marketing function from the ground up at an early-stage B2B legal technology company serving businesses across the DACH region. You will shape the company's positioning and brand, create demand, and work closely with the founding team to make marketing's impact measurable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with business leaders and legal teams.

- Shape the brand across digital channels, the website, and event materials.

- Create content for LinkedIn, newsletters, industry reports, and public relations.

- Develop creative campaigns that build awareness and engagement.

- Plan and deliver roundtables, customer events, and conference activations across the DACH region.

- Run and test paid campaigns, including on LinkedIn, to reach relevant audiences.

- Measure performance across reach, signups, event attendance, meetings, and sales pipeline.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience at a startup or B2B SaaS company, with 2 to 5 years of experience preferred.

- Evidence of measurable results in complex B2B marketing and hands-on experience across content, LinkedIn, events, or paid campaigns.

- Experience building a brand, campaign, newsletter, event, or marketing function from scratch is a plus.

- Familiarity with DACH or Mittelstand audiences is helpful; legal technology, SaaS, or contract management experience is also valued.

- Comfort using analytics to assess marketing performance and guide decisions.

- Fluent German at C1/C2 level, a self-starting approach, and a preference for authentic, creative communication.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is €60,000 to €80,000 annually, with an individual compensation package that includes equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates based elsewhere must be willing to relocate to Munich.
