ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a B2B performance marketing team creating paid advertising and landing page experiences for client campaigns. You will turn client positioning into measurable creative work, from initial concepts and messaging through finished Figma designs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop creative strategies and design ad creatives and landing pages informed by performance data such as CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.

- Translate B2B positioning and offers into compelling visual designs using Figma.

- Join strategy meetings and work with clients to refine creative direction.

- Plan creative tests, develop hypotheses and variants, and evaluate campaign results.

- Manage multiple client projects in parallel and deliver high-quality work at pace.

- Review performance feedback and iterate on creative to improve effectiveness.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Approximately 1 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a portfolio showing your own digital design work.

- Experience designing performance ad creatives in Figma, with examples of paid social or paid search work and documented results.

- Familiarity with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads creative, and an understanding of B2B audiences and positioning.

- Native-level German and the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.

- Agency experience, motion design, video editing, AI tools, copywriting, or Webflow experience are helpful.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is €45,000 to €65,000 annually. This is a permanent, full-time position with a six-month probation period. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
