ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a legal technology company building contract intelligence solutions for businesses. You will own full-cycle sales across the DACH market, helping German mid-market organizations improve how they manage contracts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based sales.
- Run sales cycles from initial outreach through discovery, negotiation, and signed contract.
- Engage decision-makers across business leadership, legal, procurement, and operations teams.
- Develop relationships with mid-market accounts across Germany and the broader DACH region.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to six years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or senior Sales Development Representative.
- Demonstrated full-cycle closing experience, including personally taking outbound opportunities through to contract.
- Fluent German at native or C2 level, with experience selling in the DACH market.
- Experience selling to mid-market businesses, ideally to legal, procurement, or operations teams.
- Outbound or account-based sales experience; experience building sales development or outbound processes is a plus.
- Legal technology, contract management, early-stage startup, or German B2B SaaS scaleup experience is beneficial.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is €80,000 to €82,000 annually, with OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) of €160,000. Equity is included. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
