ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead SEO strategy and execution for a growing AI-powered business communications software company. Working with marketing, website, and engineering teams, you will drive organic visibility across DACH and international markets, including traditional and AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and execute SEO strategy across DACH and international markets.
- Advise website and engineering teams on site architecture, page structure, crawlability, and technical SEO implementation.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for traditional search and AI-generated results.
- Write or commission SEO content, and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Manage a monthly SEO budget of €20,000 to €30,000 and work with external agencies while retaining strategic ownership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of full-time SEO specialist or manager experience, with measurable ranking improvements and organic traffic growth at scale.
- Experience owning end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across multiple international markets and languages, including DACH.
- Hands-on technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, page structure, and crawlability, with experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- Strong keyword research and competitive analysis skills across traditional search and AI search tools.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German, with strong SEO copywriting skills or experience briefing and evaluating content.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar website platforms, and experience managing SEO budgets and external agencies.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: €65,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in Vienna, Austria.
