ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage AI and construction technology team building a new BIM authoring tool designed for AI agents. You will help shape its geometry foundation and enable agents to plan and edit real building models.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the geometry and data core of a new BIM authoring tool.
- Develop agents that can plan and edit building models.
- Create generative design capabilities that account for building codes and client constraints.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience shipping production software, with one to two years considered for candidates who have built substantial projects independently over several years.
- Hands-on experience with 3D geometry or CAD, such as geometry kernels, B-rep or mesh systems, CAD APIs, IFC, or Revit.
- Daily engineering use of LLMs and AI agents, with experience building production AI features.
- A broad engineering skill set, comfort working across the stack, and the ability to become productive in unfamiliar areas.
- Startup or founder experience and fluency in English.
- Experience with Python, PyTorch, TypeScript, three.js, AEC or BIM workflows, generative or multimodal models, or technical leadership is useful.

Remote from Europe, including the UK and Switzerland. Primary location: Karlsruhe, Germany.
