Einleitung
High-Tech Environment with Real Ownership
On behalf of an innovative and fast-growing technology company (a true hidden champion in its field), I am currently looking for a Senior System Administrator / DevOps Specialist (gn) who wants to go beyond simply maintaining infrastructure and instead actively shape and evolve it.
This is not a traditional “keep-the-lights-on” IT role. You’ll work in a modern, production-driven environment, where automation, performance, and reliability are critical and where your ideas actually matter.
Deine Aufgaben
You will act as a key interface between IT Operations, Development, and Production, ensuring that systems are secure, scalable, and highly performant. At the same time, you’ll play a central role in driving automation and DevOps best practices forward.
Your responsibilities include:
- • Designing, building, and continuously improving modern IT infrastructures
- • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments
- • Leveraging Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) for scalable and consistent environments
- • Working with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- • Implementing monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies
- • Ensuring system stability, availability, and security across the platform
- • Collaborating closely with development teams to enhance architecture and deployment workflows
In short: You make sure everything runs smoothly and keeps getting better.
Dein Profil
- • Several years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer
- • Strong expertise in Linux environments, networking, and firewalls
- • Hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
- • Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
- • Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructures is a plus
- • A structured, hands-on mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenge
Benefits
High-Tech Environment
You’ll work with modern infrastructure and technologies—and have the freedom to introduce new ones.
Real Ownership & Influence
You won’t just implement, you’ll actively shape architecture, tools, and processes.
True DevOps Culture
Automation, CI/CD, cloud, and Infrastructure as Code are core to how things are done, not just buzzwords.
Direct Business Impact
Your work directly affects performance, reliability, and production processes.
Growth & Development
Opportunities for certifications, skill expansion, and continuous learning.
Strong Team Culture
Short decision paths, collaborative mindset, and a team that values ownership and initiative.
Hands-on Environment
A unique setup: close collaboration with production teams, working directly onsite where technology meets real-world output.
Compensation & Benefits
- • Competitive salary: €80,000 – €100,000 depending on experience
- • Equity / stock options package
- • Flexible working hours
- • Modern tech stack and equipment
- • A company where your technical decisions truly matter
